Pick a matte brown color to line your browns

Lightly line your eyes

Apply primer then use a white pearly shadow to brighten up your eyes 

Then line the inner portion of your eyes till the half of your lid with sandy gold pigment

Line the outer half with a golden brown shadow

Use a dark green sparkly pencil liner to line your eyes

Line the upper lid first starting with the innermost corners extending past your eyes

Then line the lower lid, starting at the middle

Then connect the line of the lower lid to the outermost corners

Finish the large eyes look with false lashes on the upper and lower lid
